Multi-Layer Tape (Glass/Foil/Silicone), 500°F (powder coating, grit/shot blasting, and thermal and plasma spray applications)

Exceptional abrasion resistance and adhesion properties make these tapes ideal for demanding applications, including HVOF. All Viadon thermal spray masking tapes have been used in a wide range of grit-blasting and thermal spray applications.

H7525 is a multi-layer tape composed of silicone rubber, aluminum foil and fiberglass coated with an aggressive high temperature silicone adhesive.

  • Helpful Hints
    • Push down hard! This is a pressure sensitive adhesive tape - pressure is required for it to adhere properly to parts.
    • Clean parts thoroughly before applying tape.
    • Apply tape to dry surfaces only.
    • Use paper or aluminum foil to cover a large surface area; tape edges down.
    • Tape is for intermittent, one-time use only.
    • Store rolls on end in a cool, dry place.
    • Shelf life is 12 months from date of purchase.
