Series: CST
Viadon's Silicone Tubing (CST) is a great solution for masking long studs, bolts or tube ends, and pins that you can easily cut to the desired length. This thin-walled silicone tubing is 60 durometer Shore A hardness, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°F / 315°C for intermittent periods, and in many situations, re-usable. Silicone tubing is shipped in coils of 100 or 50 feet (depending on diameter - see below). Wall thickness is 1/16" (0.0625"). A 1/8" (0.125") wall thickness and other larger sizes may be available by special order - contact Viadon for more information. Can be cut to desired length, or extend the length of masking caps. In-stock wall thickness is 1/16" but other wall thicknesses can be custom ordered.
Tired of shaking hooks to use them on your line? Try Viadon's neatly bundled powder coating and paint hooks. When your finishing line depends on speed as well as consistent grounding and reliable weight support, Viadon’s industrial hooks hang tough. Engineered from high-grade hard-drawn spring steel, our hooks are designed for repeated oven cycles and to withstand 700°F (371°C) burn-off cycles. Whether you are high-volume powder coating or liquid painting, we provide the precision-bent S-hooks, V-hooks, and C-hooks needed to optimize your rack space and reduce "hook marks." Why Finishers Choose Viadon Hooks: Superior Grounding: Hard-drawn spring wire ensures metal-to-metal contact that maintains its charge throughout the coating process. High-Temp Durability: Rated for up to 700°F, preventing annealing (softening) during repeated bake cycles. Curated Inventory:We carry the most commonly used wire diameters from 0.044" to 0.180" ready for same-day or 24-hour shipping. Cost-Effective: Priced competitively to save you the time and labor of in-house bending.
