This tape is NOT intended to have clean-removal properties. Some adhesive may remain on the surface. Use a commercially-available adhesive remover to clean excess adhesive.

Lead Foil Tape Disks, 5 mils on liner
These lead foil tape disks are often used in plating and anodizing masking applications. The significant weight of this metal means these can be used for situations where small amounts of corrective weight is required – for example, golf clubs. The adhesive is a pressure sensitive made from rubber resin. It adheres well to most surfaces, and is bonded to a 5 mils thick lead foil material, wound on a paper release liner. This allows for easy unwinding with a wrinkle-free appearance. NOTE: This tape not designed for clean removal.

Aluminum Foil Tape, 3 mils w/liner
Aluminum foil tape for plating or anodizing masking, with chemical resistance and heat up to 250°F. Also provides EMI/RFI shielding using high-tack acrylic adhesive and dead soft foil that conforms to irregular surfaces.

Aluminum Foil Tape, 3 mils no liner
Viadon's aluminum foil can be used to mask during plating, shielding, cleaning, paint stripping and etching applications up to 250°F. The dead soft foil will adhere and conform to irregular surfaces. UL 723 Rated, Boeing Approved; BAC-5034-4. This tape employs an acrylic adhesive. It is recommended for anodizing and plating applications. It is NOT designed for clean adhesive removal.

Aluminum Foil Tape Disks
Viadon's aluminum foil disks and dots are another great alternative for reducing time spent masking for plating and anodizing parts. Aluminum dots are also useful for shielding, cleaning, paint stripping and etching applications. The dead soft foil conforms well to irregular surfaces, and the 1.3 mil pressure sensitive adhesive bonds well to most surfaces that will not be exceeding 250°F / 80°C. It is not designed for clean removal. This tape is not designed for clean removal properties.
