Green Polyester Tape
VGT215 series green polyester tape features a 2 mil polyester film carrier with a 1.4 mil silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. Designed for high-temperature masking applications including powder coating, anodizing, and plating.

Polyimide Tape
Made in America by St. Gobain, the silicone adhesive of the 2345-1 tape provides clean removal. Viadon's 1 mil version (our KPT series) excels in high temperature masking for powder coating applications up to one hour. This polyimide tape is unmatched for tear resistance, electrical insulation and conformability. Also available with acrylic adhesive - call for details. Compare to: DuPont™ Kapton® HN film, 3M 5413, 3M 5433, Permacel P-221, Tesa 4429, Nitto 923S. Blue Polyester Tape
VBT Series High-Temperature Blue Polyester Tape is engineered for precision masking. It is a thin, highly conformable tape ideal for fine-line masking on curved and irregular surfaces. As an equivalent to 3M 8991 with a 1 mil polyester carrier and a 1.4 mil silicone adhesive for a low profile. Provides clean removal after 400°F (204°C) up to 60 minutes.

Glass Cloth Tape
GCT series tape is the gold standard for thick film powder coating of 10-15 mils, such as electrical buss bars. Excels in high temperature oven cures above 400F or for extended bake cycles where polyester tapes fail. Ideal for blast masking to protect critical surfaces from blast media. Also works in plasma spray masking due to superior abrasion resistance. Compare to 3M 361, 3M 69 or Saint-Gobain 2915 glass cloth tapes. Meets Federal Aviation Regulation Part 25.855 (a-1), FAR 28.855, PMC 4273, CSS13 and Mil I-19166C.
