Polyimide Tape Disks
Amber-colored polyimide film high-temperature masking tape disks rated for applications up to 500°F/260°C, featuring clean removal with no residue and non-shrinking properties. Glass Cloth Tape
GCT series tape is the gold standard for thick film powder coating of 10-15 mils, such as electrical buss bars. Excels in high temperature oven cures above 400F or for extended bake cycles where polyester tapes fail. Ideal for blast masking to protect critical surfaces from blast media. Also works in plasma spray masking due to superior abrasion resistance. Compare to 3M 361, 3M 69 or Saint-Gobain 2915 glass cloth tapes. Meets Federal Aviation Regulation Part 25.855 (a-1), FAR 28.855, PMC 4273, CSS13 and Mil I-19166C.

Orange Polyester Tape
When a powder coating project requires a tape at temperatures above 400°F, but the cost of Kapton®, Polyimide, or Glass Cloth tapes is too high, VOT Orange Polyester Tape is the solution. Most green polyester tapes struggle at (or above) the 400°F mark. Our Orange Poly has a modified silicone adhesive to withstand temperatures up to 425°F for 60 minutes. It provides the needed heat resistance for higher heat curing cycles while being significantly more affordable than 500F options. This tape excels at covering large open areas, such as automotive valve covers.

Glass Cloth Tape Disks
GCD glass cloth masking tape die cut circles are great for thick film powder coating of 10-15 mils or when high temperature oven cures are required. 5 mils thick tightly woven fiberglass cloth, flame retardant and solvent resistant.
