Standard masking dots can bleed or leave adhesive residue after a 325°F bake cycle. Intertape PG-21 high temperature masking tape is die-cut into our VHTCD crepe disks, specifically engineered for industrial wet spray painters who need a reliable, conformable mask that removes cleanly from warm surfaces without flaking or slivering. Resists solvent bleed-through.

PG-21 Tape On Liner
Viadon provides PG-21 masking tape by Intertape on release liner for making die cuts on your in-house plotter/cutter. PG-21 is the industry-standard wet-spray painting mask, that we call our VHTC1 series. Conforms well to irregular and curved surfaces, it is easily hand-tearable. Will withstand temperatures up to 30 minutes at 325°F with clean removal while parts are warm (this is recommended). Available in three widths. With medium tack and good line definition, PG-21 crepe tape is designed with a pressure sensitive adhesive. Apply to fully clean parts, then push down with moderate pressure to achieve best paint lines
