Non-Adhesive Vinyl Tape
4.0 mils thick, 176F non-adhesive/dry vinyl wrapping tape is chemical and solvent resistant. Clings to itself with superb conformability when stretch-wrapped around parts for hard chrome plating, anodizing, blasting or wire-harness applications. Used in hard chrome plating or anodizing, this dry vinyl tape is ideal for wrapping around racks or parts where other tapes do not stretch or conform to the geometries. In automotive use, it is ideal for wire harness wrapping and cable bundling — clings to itself without damaging wires with adhesive residue. Also conforms around complex shapes while withstanding continuous temperatures up to 176F. For blasting, offers zero sticky residue when removed - perfect for automotive/specialty vehicle applications.

Red Polyester Plating Tape
The VRPT series tape offers the ultimate in masking stop off for electroplating. The carrier is thin for good conformability, and it has a thick adhesive that flows well into microscopic cracks and crevices to provide superb stop off. It has a pressure-sensitive adhesive; push down to activate adhesive. With a 1 mil polyester backing and a 3 mil modified silicone adhesive (4 mil total thickness), it is great for plating, anodizing and splicing. Key characteristics: Ideal for protecting printed circuit boards from harsh chemicals during plating. Can be used in either direct immersion or fume/splash protection. In stock and may be slit to any width and/or die cut to any shape.

Lead Foil Tape, 5 mils w/liner
Viadon’s 5 mil Lead Foil Tape is engineered for environments where standard rubber-adhesive tapes fail. While most lead tapes (like 3M 420) are rated for 225°F, our acrylic-based adhesive is effective up to 275°F (135°C), providing superior stability in high-heat plating baths and long-term shielding applications.

Aluminum Foil Tape, 3 mils w/liner
Aluminum foil tape for plating or anodizing masking, with chemical resistance and heat up to 250°F. Also provides EMI/RFI shielding using high-tack acrylic adhesive and dead soft foil that conforms to irregular surfaces.
