To purchase the regular bag quantities of 3 equivalent tapered plugs and 5 standard straight caps of comparable size, you'd have to spend spend over $300. And you still wouldn't be able to plug every hold or cap every thread/stud this kit can - smaller sizes would be missing, and you'd wind up with way more plugs than you could use (and spend a lot more).
